Also the Fence Supply Sales Representatives provided drawings of fence components that helped me to build a gate that would match the fence. These people went beyond their responsibilities to help. Ordered May 18th with 3-4 week delivery… Ordered May 18th with 3-4 week delivery date from Susan. July 14th still no fence . After calling and emailing I was told it would arrive today. No fence arrived . Also no call.. no email .. no communication . Is this a real company ? 7-29 I would like to update my previous posting. The products arrived well packaged and are very sturdy and of high-quality. I’m quite happy with the quality of the fencing material. I understand that Covid may have impacted the shipping schedule and going forward I would only ask for some communication with delays . Susan was helpful and cooperative .

Ordered 6x6 fence caps (32) and… Ordered 6x6 fence caps (32) and received confirmation number. Was told I would be notified of shipment and tracking number. 12 days went by an nothing! Called and spoke to Richard and explained that to him and his response was, don't go there cowboy and he would hit the refund button. I promptly told him to Absolutely do that and my name was not cowboy! What kind of customer service is this? They NEVER stated it would be 3 or4 weeks when I ordered it. I can't believe this company is still on in business. Buyers beware! Go to solar caps direct.com for real customer satisfaction.
