GBReally rotten customer service Christmas cactus is rootbound, and came in a planters pot instead of the copper pot I ordered. NO instructions whatsoever. The copper pot into which I must transplant it myself has no holes for drainage, so I have to buy another pot locally. Worse yet, when I called them to get planting/growing instructions, I was on hold for over 17 minutes, with no apology offered. When I asked why there weren't instructions with the plant I was curtly advised "we sell thousands of different kinds of plants, so we couldn't possibly put specific instructions in with each order." Ok, well, here's one less customer who will ever have to bother you. Totally dissatisfied, and will never buy from them again.

GBCan I give less than one star? I have been placing multiple hundreds of dollars in orders from WFF for decades & always lavished praise; even though the plants are pricey & often small in size, the quality was great & the customer service was super-responsive if there was a problem. BUT, JUST THIS WEEK, WFF CANCELED AN ORDER I HAD PLACED W/O TELLING ME! (I only found out after receiving WFF's shipping confirmation & checked the UPS tracking number.) When I called WFF to inquire, I reached a robot telling me that customer service was closed for the weekend. IF REGULAR CUSTOMERS ARE TREATED THIS WAY, I WD WARN POTENTIAL NEW CUSTOMERS TO THINK TWICE BEFORE ORDERING FROM WFF. WFF is no longer the high-quality, reliable company it used to be.

GBThe best, as always Received my tree ripened honebells promptly and they were superlative. Sweet and delicious, they are high juice yielders. Haven't ordered grapefruit yet this year, but last year's saw the sweetest, most pleasing grapefruit ever. Barely tart at all, they made organic tree ripened grapefruit from another source seem under-ripe and sour. I've always found WFF exemplary, whether for fruit or plants.

GBNot So Hot Disappointed with my purchase this year. In the Apricot Allegro collection, the mango tango calibrachoa in full bloom is fuschia/strong pink. The verbena substituted for the gomphrena is advertised as growing 4 - 5' tall, so I'm not excited about putting it in my deck pot. The three black petunias arrived soggy and with some wilted leaves. I cut them back and hope at least one of them survives. Each day there is more dead on two of the plants...oh my...

GBSo sorry to have to write this review I've always loved visiting WF Farm and getting the catalog. I was so impressed by the holiday gifts that I sent one to my boss. She received a glass globe with nothing else (no bulbs, no stand) and called to let the company know there had been a proble. No resolution or further materials. I called as well. The bulbs came weeks later and the stand after that. So, the presentation of a wonderful gift that I envisioned, never happened. I wont be ordering from them again.
