Ordering this year has been a difficult… Ordering this year has been a difficult experience because I don't have my order number ( I ordered 3 different times) and I am completely shut out of the "track your order" because of this. I gave my email and tried to call, to no avail because of the Covid-19. When I got my Visa bill I had to dispute the charge because I don't know where the plants are that I ordered for my son in a different state. Why can't you just use my email name and phone number to send me to tracking of all my orders for this year? This is turning into a BIG hastle!

KNOWLEDGEABLE AND INTERESTED PHONE CONVERSATION WHEN ORDERING MY GOODWIN CREEK GRAY LAVENDER PLANT WHICH WAS DELIVERED TO MY HOME IN PENNSYLVANIA WITHIN TWO DAYS OF MY ORDER REQUEST! SOO PLEASED WITH MY PLANT WHICH LOVES THE SUNSHINE ON MY FRONT STEP. THE CAT SEEMS TO ENJOY THE LAVENDER SCENT - HE VISIBLY SNIFFS THE AIR AS HE LOUNGES NEXT TO THE PLANT IN THE SUN. So sorry to have to write this review I've always loved visiting WF Farm and getting the catalog. I was so impressed by the holiday gifts that I sent one to my boss. She received a glass globe with nothing else (no bulbs, no stand) and called to let the company know there had been a proble. No resolution or further materials. I called as well. The bulbs came weeks later and the stand after that. So, the presentation of a wonderful gift that I envisioned, never happened. I wont be ordering from them again.

Good products, difficult company Ordering from them this year has been incredibly difficult, made even more so by hard to reach and rude customer service. An order I placed in September for delivery before Thanksgiving wasn't shipped or updated. Only after I reached out multiple times was any response even forthcoming and what I got was basically a "what did you expect" type call. The items eventually arrived 2 weeks late.

When lily root arrived it looked very dry and it never grew after planting. I ordered two lilies, Primal Scream and When My Sweetheart Returns. When they arrived ,one of the two roots looked as though it was very dried up. I couldn't which lily it was because the name tags were unattached. The root that looked shriveled up never grew after planting outside while the other healthy looking root is now six inches tall.
