The Sill has provided the worst… The Sill has provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. It is extremely difficult to get a reply from them - expect to wait days. I received a plant in terrible condition, then a replacement in the same state, and they still have not refunded two plants I never received after nearly a month of my follow ups. Shockingly terrible service. Buyer beware. Follow up - Despite the message below, I did not receive any response or contact. from The Sill. Again, absolutely atrocious.

Dead Olive Tree - TERRIBLE Customer Service Ordered an Olive tree for a Christmas present. Delivery to Oakland, CA. Also paid extra for the winterization,. Tree arrived dead after 2 weeks. Customer service is a joke and only willing to refund for the dead tree, not tax or pot - what's the point of full service if the main product is dead? The worst part is the customer service and their failure to reply or offer adequate service. Seems to be a planter pot selling scheme.

I ordered almost $1000 worth of plants… I ordered almost $1000 worth of plants and pots. When everything arrived, a majority of the plants were badly damaged. The leaves were either broken, black or wilted. I contacted the customer service within the 30 Customer Happiness Guarantee. They were only willing to refund the cost of the plants, but I would need to pay out of my own pocket the return of the pots that came with the plants. There was no way I was going to allow them to double dip for the cost of the pots. My advice, stay away from The Sill and buy your plants for a local nursery or Home Depot. The plants are in much better shape and the customer service doesn’t suck!!

Plant is good for the trash Plant got damaged during delivery and probably will have to throw it out. I'm going to try and doctor it for a few days to see if it can be saved. This service was gifted and I have a whole year of receiving dead plants. How awesome! My rating is 0 stars, not even 1!

Botched Order, No Customer Service A year ago, I loved The Sill. Now, not so much. On 8 December I placed my order--a plant and planter--for a birthday gift. The plant finally shipped on 12 December. It arrived on time (barely) a few days later. My order was listed as "delivered" and "fulfilled." Nothing was said about my $42 planter. I tried to contact The Sill. Chat was disabled. No phone number was listed. I sent a note. Three days later, I've heard nothing. I disputed part of my order. At least my credit card company has someone doing customer service. I wanted to continue supporting this small business, but I'm moving to their competitors. (C. Turner)
