GBHorrible customer service Horrible customer service. Sent a plant to my Aunt for Christmas and it was delivered broken and a complete mess with dirt everywhere. Company has had terrible response time and no one offered to do anything except send same plant again and ask where do we send it??? Really?? Almost 2 weeks and nothing has been done to rectify! Will never use again!

GBWhere is my plant? Where is my plant? I sent this as a gift 10 business days ago and it has yet to arrive. I haven’t gotten any updates or communication on when the gift will be shipped. Instead I’m getting daily marketing emails from the company despite the fact that I specifically marked “no” on receiving marketing emails from them. This is terrible service.

GBBotched Order, No Customer Service A year ago, I loved The Sill. Now, not so much. On 8 December I placed my order--a plant and planter--for a birthday gift. The plant finally shipped on 12 December. It arrived on time (barely) a few days later. My order was listed as "delivered" and "fulfilled." Nothing was said about my $42 planter. I tried to contact The Sill. Chat was disabled. No phone number was listed. I sent a note. Three days later, I've heard nothing. I disputed part of my order. At least my credit card company has someone doing customer service. I wanted to continue supporting this small business, but I'm moving to their competitors. (C. Turner)

GBTree came snapped - only partial refund given I ordered an olive tree as a sentimental gift for a family member. Upon arrival, the tree was snapped in half where the support rod ended. Almost every leaf on the tree has fallen off and it was basically bare. While I understand that some plants get stressed in shipping, this was excessive. I contacted the company by email and on the web page. The "live chat" listed on the website was non existent. I provided pictures of the tree and answered the question of whether the box had been damaged. About a week went by with no response, and when I finally did hear back, I was offered a medium size plant of a different kind as they were out of olive trees. They only offered a portion of the price I paid, and when I questioned why I was told that the pot wasn't damaged so they wouldn't be sending another one/refunding that portion. I had already explained that I didn't want another plant as it was only an olive tree that held the sentiment and just wanted the refund. What need do I have for a pot without the plant, and it was a gift (which I had stated repeatedly). There was no option to send the pot back. All they did was refund a portion of my money. Now I have no gift, and an expensive pot.

GBBad company, don’t use. I ordered 7 plants online, and some potting mix. The big palm and potting mix never arrived, even though it said “delivered” and a couple of the other plants that did arrived were badly damaged. I’ve been trying to reach them for 2 weeks, there’s no phone number, no one available on live chat, and they’re slow to respond to email and vague about resolving my issue. Definitely don’t recommend this company, and May end up contacting my bank to try and claim a credit card issue due to the $100 that’s just gone. **edit** it gets worse: the Sill responded below to say that they would contact me “today” to sort this out, and that was yesterday. Absolutely terrible, liars.
