GBPoor packaging method Our rug arrived on Monday and we immediately unwrapped and unrolled and unfolded the rug. It had big lumps, creases and ridges in it that did not relax within several hours. I contacted Rugs Direct for instructions on how to remedy this problem and was told to reroll the rug and leave it for 7 days. I think that because the company folded the rug before rolling it has made it very uneven. The bumps in the rug stand up about 3-4 inches off the floor We are now on day 4 with the rug rolled (without folds!!). Sure hope this works

GBPlush, quality, beautiful, and so soft My 2'3 x 3'9 rug arrived quickly and well packaged. It is absolutely stunning and quite thick/plush. The rug is soft to the touch and the stitching is high-quality. I did not purchase the optional rug mat. This rug was 66% off for $27(ish) and was purchased as a gift.

GB“Simple Returns” yeah right So the rug is very white and shiny, plus it looks different from every angle. Due to this we have decide to return the rug. Online it says “Simple returns” however unlike most returns you have to call during business hour to request a return. Then they are supposed to send an email asking if you want someone to pick up the rug ( for a cost) or drop it off at FedEx (also for a cost). However I have not received this email. And therefore cannot begin the return process So “Simple Returns” is more like the most complicated return you will ever experience

GBexactly as described The rug I ordered was exactly as described and pictured. Excellent quality. I did have to call with questions and was happy with the professional and polite service I received.

GBOrdering was easy and when I contacted… Ordering was easy and when I contacted customer service the following day with a coupon, I had forgotten to use, it was honored. I received the rug earlier than the date expected. The rug is really lovely and looks beautiful in my living room!
