The shipping box is well thought out and makes maximum use of space while remaining an easy to lift and move box containing 4 rose plants. The roses were easy to remove from the shipping box, looked healthy and 3 days in are quickly filling in. It is obvious Heirloom Roses are excellent horticulturists, artisans of rose culture and production. They deliver a top quality product at a fair price. These roses are being planted in Georgia (hence the December delivery) and I will be ordering again.

Not sure if just our area but the delivery people do not take care to follow instructions, often delivery to wrong address and have box upside down. Thank you for your care of growing roses... I now have 4 and love them!!! Can't wait for blooms for years to come!

Terrible company Terrible company. Sent me a rose (Koko Loko) that wasn’t even in good condition at the wrong planting time. Sure enough, it didn’t survive. Their warranty involves refund of the price on the next product (S&H not included) - like who wants to buy another product from them?

Everything about Heirloom Roses is…exceptional. Everything about Heirloom Roses is wonderful. The pictures of roses, each roses’ information, the instruction videos, the personal responses to inquiries and questions. The roses are packaged safely, are shipped quickly and arrive healthy and ready for planting. If one does exactly as instructed by Heirloom Roses, one will have beautiful roses.
