Longtime Satisfied Customer I have purchased a number of carpets (they're too high quality to be called 'rugs'!) from The Rug Studio over time. And have always found the following: (1) their selection--and the depth and breadth of it--is staggeringly good--across styles, materials, price points, countries of origin, and more; (2) their customer service is simply amazing. Want proof? I was considering a carpet once and called their Houston showroom. And asked if they would drag a carpet into the parking lot and photograph it in natural light and email me photos to ensure the carpet was the right color. An email and photos arrived...IN LESS THAN 10 MINUTES! Seriously, these people and this company is just terrific. I'm purchasing our 4th carpet from them today.

Great experience all around. I had a great experience with RugStudio.com. The swatches that I ordered arrived promptly and the quality of the rugs was excellent. When a lower price came up on a competitor's website, I sent a quick note via the chat function to a customer service representative asking if RugStudio could match the price, and she responded almost immediately that they could and even threw in a rug pad for free!! In fact, every question I sent via email was answered promptly and completely, even on the weekend. I am very impressed with their customer service and would recommend them to anyone looking for a high quality rug.

Rugs aren't easy to buy from a photo alone, so that info made my decision much easier. I have purchased here before and appreciate the store's huge selection and quick delivery.

AWESOME AREA RUGS! I've ordered and received area rugs from RugStudio and never have I been disappointed upon arrival. RugStudio has a huge line of various types of rugs to choose from. I am currently in the process of ordering a 3rd area rug...and, will return again when the time comes to purchase another one.
