In my experience it has always been … In my experience it has always been "fun" to browse through the RugStudio website -- there is always a fascinating variety of items to check out, sometimes almost too many/almost overwhelming (but in a good way!). And the sale prices, at least for the rug(s) I am looking for today, are the best I have seen in a while now. Thanks for asking.

From customer service to the design… From customer service to the design expert RugStudio was exceptional with service and design advise. I can not say enough about how the process of ordering was excellent my customer service rep even offered to check stock to give me an idea of how long I may have to wait for delivery. I would order again and needless to say the rug I received was delivered by fedex in perfect condition but what is even more exciting is just how drop dead gorgeous this area rug is.... everyone I had contact with at RugStudio gets an A+++++. I would order from this team again!!!!

Very good selection and filter Compared to other online rug sites, Rug Studio has a very good selection and an easy to use filter. However the filter made me miss the perfect rug! (I found it anyway by specifying a brand I found on another website...) I can't say anything about Rug Studio's sales and service because I haven't ordered yet. I do plan to order several rugs from Rug Studio.

Phenomenal Customer Service I was looking for a 10x14 rug for my living room. I first ordered a 2x3 rug to see if the colors would work. I loved it, so I ordered the large one and a runner. When I received the two rugs, the runner was perfect, but the large one was about two shades lighter. It was not going to work at all. The customer service from Becky was phenomenal! She was so professional and understood what the issue was and immediately made arrangements for the two rugs to be picked up at their expense. I received a full refund. I would highly recommend this company and their customer service, especially Becky!

I love this company I love this company! They have the best selection and provide a great way to narrow down the options by color, style, etc. And, once that's done and my choices are fairly well narrowed, but I still have questions,they have great representatives who will live chat promptly and thoroughly. I have purchased from RugStudio several times and I know they will continue to be in my future!
