And when the delivery service made an error, they were all over it and made sure that I was satisfied ASAP! They always look for a customer oriented solution! Great company!

From customer service to the design… From customer service to the design expert RugStudio was exceptional with service and design advise. I can not say enough about how the process of ordering was excellent my customer service rep even offered to check stock to give me an idea of how long I may have to wait for delivery. I would order again and needless to say the rug I received was delivered by fedex in perfect condition but what is even more exciting is just how drop dead gorgeous this area rug is.... everyone I had contact with at RugStudio gets an A+++++. I would order from this team again!!!!
