Excellent Service I found their customer service truly outstanding from initial questions on the site about a rug to prompt delivery. Prices are great for quality rugs. Direct contact with company about change in delivery could not have been better. I will definitely buy from RugPal again.

Outstanding Product and Customer Service Having just moved into our new home, we needed to quickly purchase area rugs. I was browsing Architectural Digest and fell in love with a large Loloi area rug which was featured. I needed that rug and fast in my home :) I searched the internet and found RugPal among many other retailers. RugPal stood out to me due to free shipping, fair pricing and free rug pad. But most important was the excellent customer service I received through the "chat" function as well as email. I am looking forward to my next purchase with RugPal!

The rug I ordered from RugPal because they offered good pricing and a bonus incetive. The web site was easy To navigate and order process simple. The order has been shipped out in one day. Excellent shopping experience. Easy to use website, I was able to pull up the size, shape and color of rug I needed, then choose from the selections. There also material and manufacturer choices if necessary. I was kept informed of the progress of my order and they even provided shipping tracking and you can chose if you want a signature upon delivery or not.

Wrong carpets were delivered. The wrong carpets were delivered. Notified RugPal on delivery day (December 28) and was told it might take three working days for their return department to get back with us. Today is the third working day (January 3rd) and no response. Will give them one more day to respond ....likely heavy returns after the Christmas holiday ..... before I notify my credit card company.
