Great customer service! Wow! RugPal was great to order from! I submitted an email to them after hours with a question about how their return policy works and I heard back within an hour even though they were already closed! The answer was succinct and very helpful. We then ordered our rug feeling confident that they will handle everything well. Received an email a day after my order announcing that the rug had shipped and we should be receiving it much sooner than I expected! Very happy with my shopping experience with them!

Not one complaint I am not that easy to please and not only do I not ordinarily do reviews, but I mostly do them as a cautionary tale to others. However, these guys deserve my time. Prices, quality, delivery, and response to questions and concerns were all worthy of five stars. I have since made another purchase and am probably going to go back for a third one. We just bought a house with more hardwood than before and I am so happy to not have to go to a bunch of sites before I buy.
