Outstanding Product and Customer Service Having just moved into our new home, we needed to quickly purchase area rugs. I was browsing Architectural Digest and fell in love with a large Loloi area rug which was featured. I needed that rug and fast in my home :) I searched the internet and found RugPal among many other retailers. RugPal stood out to me due to free shipping, fair pricing and free rug pad. But most important was the excellent customer service I received through the "chat" function as well as email. I am looking forward to my next purchase with RugPal!

Wrong carpets were delivered. The wrong carpets were delivered. Notified RugPal on delivery day (December 28) and was told it might take three working days for their return department to get back with us. Today is the third working day (January 3rd) and no response. Will give them one more day to respond ....likely heavy returns after the Christmas holiday ..... before I notify my credit card company.

Easy as pie! Great selection and deals galore! I've been looking for a rug for our Master Bedroom for about a month. I was getting frustrated at the lack of information and accuracy of many other online rug vendor sites. But then I came upon RugPal and was pleasantly surprised to find some very affordable rugs with great photos and size options. I took the big leap and ordered one along with a matching runner and am now anxiously awaiting its arrival. Upon checkout, I immediately received a friendly confirmation email and account login information - and later that day, received notification that my order had already shipped!!
