Requested signature upon delivery because we are not currently living at this residence and planned on being there the day it was to be delivered. Rug sat on front porch for two days one of which it was raining. Still don't have rug pad and have no idea where it is.

Provided me with my shipment and payment options, he then sent me the links to make sure the items were the correct ones I wanted. He finally arranged payment and shipment. Great company so far,,,,,, I thought rugpal had a great selection of rugs at a fair and comparable price to other online sites. I was pleased with the ease of ordering my rug and the quick response time letting me know my item was on the way.
