Great customer service! Wow! RugPal was great to order from! I submitted an email to them after hours with a question about how their return policy works and I heard back within an hour even though they were already closed! The answer was succinct and very helpful. We then ordered our rug feeling confident that they will handle everything well. Received an email a day after my order announcing that the rug had shipped and we should be receiving it much sooner than I expected! Very happy with my shopping experience with them!

RugPal very considerate and helpful. I ordered an indoor/outdoor runner to use indoors, not knowing that it would be so uncomfortable underfoot. The color and quality was good but I made a mistake in ordering this for indoor use. I paid $62.00 for the runner and return UPS shipping costs were $32.06! I decided to keep the rug rather than lose so much money. I had planned to order a total of 7 rugs online. I hope others will learn from my mistake. if you order it, be prepared to keep it, even if you don't like it. I notified RugPal of my dilemma and they were exceptionally considerate in helping resolve the problem.

When we unrolled them and were able to inspect them in person(not only by the computer picture ad) we were so elated! They both were better than we ever expected and will be an outstanding part of our home. Provided me with my shipment and payment options, he then sent me the links to make sure the items were the correct ones I wanted. He finally arranged payment and shipment. The rug I ordered from RugPal because they offered good pricing and a bonus incetive. The web site was easy To navigate and order process simple. The order has been shipped out in one day.
