Bi-pass doors I installed my first set of bi-pass doors this weekend. I have installed somewhere around 25 doors in the past, but none of the bi-pass variety. The hardware is a bit more complex and time-consuming, but certainly within the capability of the average weekend warrior. It's nice now to know that tight spaces like closet doors can get barn doors now too. And if you catch a sale, the price is quite manageable. I got my hardware during one of the 40% off sales. Next up: a ceiling mount. That looks complex but we'll see. I remain impressed with the quality and consistency of this hardware.

I wanted some additional parts... called in and got super friendly service. They looked up my original order to make sure I got correct parts to match my original order finish. Heavy duty quality on the parts and the online video instructions were so easy to follow. Artisan Hardware is "top shelf" product!

Service was great products were shipped… Service was great products were shipped immediately and got here in a very timely fashion. The rails and wheels were just fine they were exactly what I needed and work well for my application. My only real disappointment was that the powder coating on the wheel brackets flaked off. This was not a problem for me and my particular case however had I been using this tracking and wheels on the inside of my home I would have been very disappointed.

They have become my go to for hardware! We ordered the hardware for our barn doors from them and couldn't be happier! We have 2 9 ft wood doors EACH weighing about 150 lbs and their hardware holds them securely and glides beautifully! Great quality and look. They were even kind enough to send me a small container of paint to match the rail when my husband accidentally got paint on them that wouodnt wipe off. I will 100% buy from them again!

Inferior quality, over priced and terrible customer service Inferior quality, overpriced and terrible customer service I made the unfortunate decision to purchase a custom made door from this company. I should have seen these reviews before my purchase. From their website it looks like a company that cares about its product and its customers. However, that is simply a mirage. They proclaim that real wood is used. What they don’t tell you is they put plastic in the wood. The company produces an inferior product at a premium price and provides terrible customer service. You can't get a straight answer from them over the phone. They sell you the product that they want to sell you, not the item that you wanted to purchase. When you contact them to resolve the problem, they do not timely or substantively respond. They do not honor their return policy and couldn't care less about their customers. They are quite arrogant, obnoxious oafs who think they are better than their customers. They shipped me the wrong item and expect me to pay to return it. They have no interest in trying to right their wrongs and are quite arrogant in their treatment of their customers.
