Good Service Good Product We had an issue with a small area on the rubber floor and Lydia got a hold of me on Saturday to resolve the issue and is shipping the replacement piece I need. I have purchased from Lydia for the past few years and the rubber flooring is great quality and arrives on time which is rare these days. Thank you Lydia.

Never Again Never Again. I have ordered from this company many times in the past and had found them to be reliable. Not this time. The product is horrible. The quality is way below what I have come to expect from them, within the same price range as before, and the ‘friendly customer service associate’ was not but told me she is actually very friendly. If you have to tell me that . . . Until this order I would have highly recommended them but not any longer.

I called, emailed and even used the chat feature but still did not receive any significant response. I finally received a call from Marquel Hamilton and he quickly resolved the issue. I gave Marquel the 5 star review for his quick response however, my overall experience was disappointing.
