GBAfter simply inquiring about an order… After simply inquiring about an order status that wasn’t available in the website, was put on hold for 20 minutes listening to about a 30 second audio loop. Finally hung up without receiving an answer to a seemingly simple inquiry. So I texted requesting the order status information. Now,I’m asked to provide a survey. Really?

GBI called and spoke with the sales & service representative Vanita Dulaney I called and spoke with the sales & service representative Vanita Dulaney and she was extremely helpful and very nice helped me with my order and in a timely manner and also responded back quickly to emails that I had questions in regards to the product I was purchasing. In the future if I am needing other products I will be purchasing from Flooringinc.com

GBAfter many attempts to find my order After many attempts to find my order. The last customer service representative took great care of me. She as professional, kind and patient. I don’t like the live chat because it’s not a real person and I never received a follow up when leaving a message as suggested. I missed a deadline and lost money after no communication in my initial order. I do love the product but please work on communication.

It was contrary to my first experience when I contacted your company about 2 missing tiles. First person was not helpful at all. It made me feel like there is nothing else she can do. But not Michelle. Thank you for making me believe that company I spent $1600 with has employees who care. I appreciate your assistance today very much, Michelle.

GBFixed the issue right away. I ordered an item in Jan. and initially was told it would ship in early Feb. On 2/9 I received email saying my item was no longer available and asking if I wished to switch to a different color. I said yes, switch the color. I never received any further communication from the company. I felt like my order went into a black hole. However, when I called the customer service rep was very efficient and resolved the issue immediately.
