There was also some lack of subcontractor communications with customer, times when job to be accomplished or when they were going to arrive late. In the end, the new kitchen and dinning room is beautiful and more functional than before thanks to the help of Ronda, Cecil and Kristin.

Great Service Duane and Brian stopped installing our flooring after they discovered a flaw. We appreciate their honesty and ethics even if it delayed our project by two weeks. Also Larry Henderson worked diligently to get new flooring and once it arrived, promptly scheduled his installers. Duane and Brian were the only Lexar sub contractors to completely clean up their work site. One final note, Lexar sub contractors following Duane and Brian complimented them on the quality of floor and counter top installation. We highly recommend Carpet One in Mt Vernon, WA

Great Install, poor communication Our installer treated us like family. His care for our home during this process way above what we expected. The flooring installation looks amazing. Only issue we had was the extra cost that was added for new plywood underneath. We understand you cannot see what is there until the flooring was removed, but, what we paid extra versus what we were verbally quoted as 'worse case scenario' was a difference of over $2000. It is our fault for not requesting written bid for 'worse case scenario' instead of being quoted after we are already started on the job. I feel it is more beneficial to customers to have a more formal bid that includes cost of all known charges, especially if you already have the square footage of the area. At least an estimated addition to install charges. Besides that, we love the new flooring! I will strongly recommend Michael the installer to anyone I know.

absentee owner's successful carpet installation We needed to get an Anacortes house ready to sell after holding an estate sale.
