If you are careful in picking hand-knotted Persian rugs in excellent condition (no wear/abrash despite 40+ years of usage) and read the description, KPSI, and color descriptions carefully, you will not find another place where you can get such value for the money spent, and especially around the Holidays.

GBMy Experience with Rug Source I enjoy decorating with small vintage tribal rugs and finally bit the bullet and ordered one from Rug Source on-line through Ebay last fall. The rug I chose was more worn than I had expected and I returned it for a refund. What I want to say is that because Rug Source refunded my money, I trust them and would certainly feel comfortable ordering from them again. I do wish that I had asked more questions before the purchase. The gentleman I spoke to there was clearly an oriental rug expert and taught me a lot in our short conversation.

CARug Source exceeded expectations for service and carpet quality. I love my new carpet! I'd been searching for a specific size and colour at retail outlets in Canada and also online. Nothing found until Rug Source. Their email responses were friendly, speedy, and clear. They honoured my request to ship at a specific time. GBGood Return Experience for me Okay, I don't want to say anyone with a bad experience is not correct. However, I just ordered a rug (Sept 2023) that wasn't right for the room, and returned it, and they could not have been more helpful/honest in my particular case. The return was straightforward and easy. And actually, the rug was really nice and a good price, it just didn't work in the room.

GBThey refuse returns They refused a return saying they were out of business (even stated on the ups return form) . The number they list on the shipment is also disconnnected. Once I tracked them down they are now accusing me of taking more that 14 days to return so they are blaming me and refusing to make this situation right. I sent them original documents of the refusal and they are stating the the time overlasp frees them from any obligation. This is dishonest and wrong.
