Great Experience!!!!! I am Armenian..so I know my oriental rugs..and the rug that I purchased is an UNBELIEVABLE VALUE..and the people ijn this company are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable!!! I will always deal with them in the future..when I need oriental rugs...I can't rave about them highly enough!!!! In addition my rug was shipped fast and packed WELL!!!!

Poor Experience Purchased two rugs, neither of which were right for my home and looked more faded / damaged than expected. I requested a return and sent both rugs back. Weeks later I followed up and the seller tried to say I returned them after 30 days. After sending proof that I had dropped them off before 30 days, they ghosted me. Thankfully I was able to file a dispute with Paypal and finally get a refund. Terrible customer service and they try to make money by scamming customers.

Rug Source exceeded expectations for service and carpet quality. I love my new carpet! I'd been searching for a specific size and colour at retail outlets in Canada and also online. Nothing found until Rug Source. Their email responses were friendly, speedy, and clear. They honoured my request to ship at a specific time. Beautiful high quality carpet, very competitive price and terrific Customer Service. Highly recommended.

I live in the Dominican Republic and … I live in the Dominican Republic and purchased 9 rugs for about 5000 from Mina. She shipped them to my forwarding company in Miami.
