Stunning Persian Rug I had been searching a lot to find a beautiful and reasonably priced Persian rug made of 100% wool. The rug arrived in excellent condition. The colors and motives were very vibrant and with no doubt it is the statement item in our living room. Extremely soft to the touch—it feels like walking on pure luxury. Highly recommend their selection and the attentive service to help us find this stunning rug.

Inaccurate description of product and terrible customer service I recently purchased an 8x11 antique rug from Rug Source Online. The description of the rug said "Low pile, professionally cleaned, in great used condition". I was not expecting to unroll the rug to find it was not only worn in several places, but also coming apart on the edges AND dirty. When I contacted customer service about this, they were unapologetic and told me that I obviously liked "newer" rugs. I would absolutely not recommend this business to anyone.

I purchased a 10' round oriental rug … I purchased a 10' round oriental rug that was made in India. I noticed lint was all over my pants after placing it. After vacuuming rug 6 times and filling the bag with lint each time, I called Rug Source and they said this never happened before. After 6 more vacuums, still filling bag with lint. After numerous calls I got a replacement rug. I have filled the vacuum 6 times with same result. DO NOT BUY ANY WOOL RUG MADE IN INDIA AFROM RUG SOURCE AS THEY ARE AN INFERIOR RUG!!!!

A great transaction. The condition of the carpet was as advertised and better than I expected. It was well packed and was delivered at five o'clock on Christmas Eve, two days before I had planned for such a huge package to arrive, a surprise, but a pleasant one as it turned out.

Great Experience!!!!! I am Armenian..so I know my oriental rugs..and the rug that I purchased is an UNBELIEVABLE VALUE..and the people ijn this company are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable!!! I will always deal with them in the future..when I need oriental rugs...I can't rave about them highly enough!!!! In addition my rug was shipped fast and packed WELL!!!!
