Inaccurate description of product and terrible customer service I recently purchased an 8x11 antique rug from Rug Source Online. The description of the rug said "Low pile, professionally cleaned, in great used condition". I was not expecting to unroll the rug to find it was not only worn in several places, but also coming apart on the edges AND dirty. When I contacted customer service about this, they were unapologetic and told me that I obviously liked "newer" rugs. I would absolutely not recommend this business to anyone.

Poor Experience Purchased two rugs, neither of which were right for my home and looked more faded / damaged than expected. I requested a return and sent both rugs back. Weeks later I followed up and the seller tried to say I returned them after 30 days. After sending proof that I had dropped them off before 30 days, they ghosted me. Thankfully I was able to file a dispute with Paypal and finally get a refund. Terrible customer service and they try to make money by scamming customers.

A great transaction. The condition of the carpet was as advertised and better than I expected. It was well packed and was delivered at five o'clock on Christmas Eve, two days before I had planned for such a huge package to arrive, a surprise, but a pleasant one as it turned out.

Excellent experience with very large rug I bought a very, very large rug from rugsource (21 ft x 13 ft). The pricing was very low, so I was unsure about quality. They shipped the rug and a pad very quickly, and the actual thing is amazing—way higher quality than more expensive Pottery Barn rugs, and exactly what I was looking for. I am shocked that such a great rug seller exists online.

Best customer service. Kudos to Mina and staff. I return one of several rugs I purchased but Fed Ex list it. The rug source honored the refund for another rug that I really like with free shipping. Outstanding effort! Barry Omaha, Nebraska December 2021
