Please consider carefully before ordering Same experience as others on here. Ordered and paid for hood in March. Still not delivered and ZERO communication unless you reach out to them and then they just give you a new delivery date weeks or months out. PLEASE consider carefully if you are thinking of ordering from them. I wish I never had. Now I am out $6000 and don’t have any reasonable belief that I will ever receive my hood. I wish someone had warned me.

Colors Misrepresented on Website The kitchen hood we received is NOTHING like the website designed CAD drawing our interior designer, contractor, and we approved and ordered. The represented color on the website is not anywhere close to the actual product received. Customer service has done nothing to address our concerns. Be very, very wary of ordering from this company. You may not receive a finished product that looks like what you design. UPDATE 10/25/23: The business, World CopperSmith, has refused to provide any allowances/refund/exchange. They delivered to us a $7,500 kitchen hood that does not look anything like the CopperSmith website designed CAD drawing. This drawing was provided to our contractor, interior designer, and ourselves (homeowner) and order created by the company based on that salesman's CAD drawing. The company has refused to acknowledge their misrepresentation of what the final product would look like, and has refused to do anything to address our concerns. We were required to pay in full, in advance. Obviously a big mistake on our part. I highly discourage any customer from relying on their website product representations when ordering a product from this company.

Our Coppersmith range hood arrived… Our Coppersmith range hood arrived neatly packaged in a wood crate on time as promised. Structurally solid and beautifully crafted. It’s a perfect match in our new kitchen. Went up easily with 2 people. Can’t wait to use it. Hope to purchase a matching sink from Coppersmith sometime in the future. Jeff A.

I’m loving my new copper range hood I’m loving my new copper range hood. It fits perfectly in with the kitchen colors and design. I was a little worried trying to personalize and create it over the Internet without seeing a true final result, but it’s perfect. Everyone was easy to work with and allowed me to make tweaks and changes, (and ask probably too many questions) until I felt comfortable and satisfied. Thank you so much!
