The quality of the tile was good and… The quality of the tile was good and resulted in a nice finished job. The product was 12" x 12" sheets of small mosaic tiles probably about 1/4" square each. Some sheets had tiles that fell out during shipment but not so many as it presented a problem. One challenge I had was finding borders. I looked for pencils that were of approximate thickness but it was difficult to find anything. If Bravotti would have offered them I would have included in my order. However, the tiles look really good installed and grouted.

Would give a zero if I could I ordered a sample. I did not receive an order confirmation or shipment notification even though I was charged and I have the receipt. I have not been able to submit a ticket on their website, got an error. I have tried chatting, no response. There is apparently no way to check on the order. I have requested a refund through Paypal.

No Communication On Shipment We have been repeatedly trying to contact Bravotti to find out if our order has shipped and have heard nothing. We have tried at least 5-6 times through the online chat platform and email and no one has even responded to let us know if our order which we need to complete a job for a general contractor has shipped. Very unprofessional company to deal with and no US based phone number.

need better packaging for shipping I ordered 3 boxes of the Multicolor Porcelain Mosaic Tiles Tiny Square tile for my backsplash. It arrived in 3 boxes, only 1 of which had a foam cushion around the 12 x 12 tiles. One of the other boxes was fine, no damaged tiles however the 3rd box's corner was damages and 8 or of the 11 12 x 12 tiles inside were damaged in some way-tile pieces off at one corner or entire 1 or 2 rows askew in that corner. I hope I ordered enough extra to compensate for the damaged tiles. Other than that the tiles are just what I wanted!

Most beautiful and amazing tiles EVER Bravotti offered the most beautiful, amazing tiles that I have ever seen anywhere else. The item we ordered is far more beautiful in person than its picture - which was amazing. Company contact via email was very pleasant. Received the order in timely fashion and all tiles were undamaged. If I could give this company more than 10 stars I would. Wonderful company and absolutely beautiful products!!!!
