GBWould give a zero if I could I ordered a sample. I did not receive an order confirmation or shipment notification even though I was charged and I have the receipt. I have not been able to submit a ticket on their website, got an error. I have tried chatting, no response. There is apparently no way to check on the order. I have requested a refund through Paypal.

GBCustomer service was excellent Customer service was excellent. I had several questions and they were Answered promptly.delivery was super quick. The tiles are beautiful just like the photo. Haven’t been installed yet so can’t comment further

GBThe quality of the tile was good and… The quality of the tile was good and resulted in a nice finished job. The product was 12" x 12" sheets of small mosaic tiles probably about 1/4" square each. Some sheets had tiles that fell out during shipment but not so many as it presented a problem. One challenge I had was finding borders. I looked for pencils that were of approximate thickness but it was difficult to find anything. If Bravotti would have offered them I would have included in my order. However, the tiles look really good installed and grouted.

GBThere is zero communication on order… There is zero communication on order status nor any tracking information sent. A customer, should not be left unaware as to where their order is in the process and no clear means to contact for status. Some people need to cater to be present to receive their order this cant be done with zero ETA. I would never place a large order with your company because you go dark after order confirmation. Updates including shipments tracking and ETA should be standard procedure.
