GBNo Communication On Shipment We have been repeatedly trying to contact Bravotti to find out if our order has shipped and have heard nothing. We have tried at least 5-6 times through the online chat platform and email and no one has even responded to let us know if our order which we need to complete a job for a general contractor has shipped. Very unprofessional company to deal with and no US based phone number.

GBOrder status cancelled Placed an order today, logged into my account afterwards and the order status = "cancelled." There is an area for comments but no comments were provided. Tried talking to live agent- none available. Tried to submit a ticket- error message. A few hours later a representative contacted me to advise the cancellation status was an error and advised the product was ready to be shipped. I decided not not proceed. Company offered refund. Hoping the refund will be processed with no further issues.

GBI love the colorful tile pattern I love the colorful tile pattern! Although shipping was all the way from China, nothing was damaged, but it did take awhile- about 2 weeks. Have not yet had it installed so I cannot give it 5 stars, but hoping for good things!

GBThe tiles are truly beautiful and… The tiles are truly beautiful and everybody compliments them! I chose the pink ones and they are slightly darker than in the pictures, but still beautiful. the shipment was super fast, they were well-packaged and didn't have any problem

GBWhen I ordered the sample I expected to… When I ordered the sample I expected to wait three weeks....it arrived within ten days. The only bad thing was that all of the correspondence was in Chinese. I noticed a place on the paperwork that said ‘print in English’ I think this was an accident/error. I’m glad I took a picture of the screen when I placed my sample order or I would not have had ANY WAY to contact the vendor to order. I have not placed my order yet but plan to!!!
