There is zero communication on order… There is zero communication on order status nor any tracking information sent. A customer, should not be left unaware as to where their order is in the process and no clear means to contact for status. Some people need to cater to be present to receive their order this cant be done with zero ETA. I would never place a large order with your company because you go dark after order confirmation. Updates including shipments tracking and ETA should be standard procedure.

Customer service was excellent Customer service was excellent. I had several questions and they were Answered promptly.delivery was super quick. The tiles are beautiful just like the photo. Haven’t been installed yet so can’t comment further

GOOD Slow answering e-mails. After ordering on web site, the delivery was fast. I ordered 1 sample of 1"x1" porcelain mosaic, the color matched my expectation but the size was more a metric size. Not their fault but they should learn that doing business in USA will require US sizes.. All together I am positively happy but won't purchase from them because of the size issue.

SCAM, STAY AWAY In process of trying to get my money back. I made a purchase on July 6th and its July 21st, still no product nor tracking number! I went on their website to send an e-mail and it won't submit stating "system error" their website also states delivery 6 to 8 business days anywhere in the country. Don't order from them, total scam!!!

I love the colorful tile pattern I love the colorful tile pattern! Although shipping was all the way from China, nothing was damaged, but it did take awhile- about 2 weeks. Have not yet had it installed so I cannot give it 5 stars, but hoping for good things!
