GBReceived a Crimson Maple from Brighter… Received a Crimson Maple from Brighter Blooms Nursery, for our 50th Anniversary from our Daughter, nothing but a twig, called this place -sent a picture of the twig, and they do not stand behind it, daughter even took out the Warranty Insurance, paid around $200. for this lost cause and now she is out the money. This is a scam, they send you a twig that is dead--do not order from here -shop locally - you are better off. This Website should be investigated.

GBSatisfied! This is the third time I've used BrighterBlooms and I have never had an issue, other than a plum tree I ordered got declined because they found out my state wouldn't let me have it. All my orders have either arrived on time or before planned. I found their prices fair and the convenience of online ordering just puts the cherry on the pie, as it were.

GBGreat Website, Bad Shipping Condition, Terrible Warranty Of the three trees we bought from Brighter Blooms, only one arrived in decent shape. Luckily, all seemed to recover during the summer growing season. Unfortunately, one didn't make it. Brighter Blooms offers a 1 year warranty. We were a few days over the warranty period when we made the claim - we weren't sure the tree was dead until it failed to grow leaves this spring. Brighter Blooms said that we were out of luck. They would have received 3 stars due to bad communication regarding product shipping and poor condition on arrival but good prices and great website info. They lost a star because of the warranty issue. I know we were technical a few days outside the warranty, but companies with good customer service would have honored it.

GBThe 3 azaleas were packed in ONE oblong… The 3 azaleas were packed in ONE oblong cardboard box. They stacked them on top of another causing damage and broken branches. To add insult to injury, all three bushes were very poor specimens. Most nurseries would never put them on a shelf as customers might just disappear in despair. The photos on their website did not resemble the delivered plants. Sorry to say that I was very disappointed.

GBI should have added the shipping… I should have added the shipping insurance. My plants arrived in beatten up open boxes. The Fed Ex driver held them together. The plants are shipped with the root ball in a plastic bags. I immediately planted them in pots used some Thrive and am hoping for the best. They are 5 gallon Wax Myrtles which are pretty resistant pants. For the almost $400 dollars spent for 6 plants....I expected better. I live in a rural area and am at the mercy of mail order businesses. Everyone seems to have an excuse for mediocre service during the pandemic. Especially shipping services.
