Plant arrived with dead leaves. Horrible Customer service. Company spend time grooming reviews and trust ratings. Plant leaves completely dead upon arrival, and monstera arrived half the size as seen on website or reviews. When I reached out to customer service, they claimed it was normal for plants to come in the condition they came in and that I was buying the monstera by pot size than plant size. In addition the their website would not let me attach photos in reviews. Seems like they spend time and money grooming their reviews on site and on Trustpilot as well as BBB. Really disappointed with this company. DO NOT ORDER your plants from here.

Do not buy from this company! I ordered a crocus pot for my dying cousin. I could not find any blooming crocuses locally. The picture of the pot was beautiful. What she received was a 4 inch tall pot with white crocuses & 2 purple ones which promptly bloomed & died. I can't believe I paid $59 for it! It was totally embarassing...that tiny pot alongside all of the other beautiful flowers she received. And I ordered them because crocuses are her favorite flower! NEVER AGAIN!!!

The 3 azaleas were packed in ONE oblong… The 3 azaleas were packed in ONE oblong cardboard box. They stacked them on top of another causing damage and broken branches. To add insult to injury, all three bushes were very poor specimens. Most nurseries would never put them on a shelf as customers might just disappear in despair. The photos on their website did not resemble the delivered plants. Sorry to say that I was very disappointed.

Terrible delivery I purchased a Chicago Hardy Fig Tree from them on June 10, 2020. Tomorrow is the 4th of July and they have marked it as fulfilled. Fed Ex status indicates they have been notified of a pickup but it actually hasn't shipped. Brighter Blooms had no issue charging me back in early June. I actually expect this to be a dead tree based on my experience so far

Not cheap but good experience. Not cheap but has varieties I could spend hours scouring the local nurseries trying to find. They know how to package their plants. Tree I ordered was in great condition, did nothing for that season, but the next year really flourished. Would definitely order from again but only if you can't get it locally.
