Terrible delivery I purchased a Chicago Hardy Fig Tree from them on June 10, 2020. Tomorrow is the 4th of July and they have marked it as fulfilled. Fed Ex status indicates they have been notified of a pickup but it actually hasn't shipped. Brighter Blooms had no issue charging me back in early June. I actually expect this to be a dead tree based on my experience so far

Ordered 2 Meyer Lemon Trees back in… expires 1/31/21 coupon will expire 1/31 Ordered 2 Meyer Lemon Trees back in June or July 2020. Received and were alive and well. However, when weather got cooler moved both of them into our house and 1 Immediately started losing leaves and died. I had bought the spray for spiders etc. Tried to reach out to BB when I could not use my guarantee or the $10.00 coupon sent with my purchase. Need help to redeem guarantee and coupon so to purchase another Lemon tree. Please Help.

They made it right Long story short I bought a tree and it died. However, they did reach out to me and they did resend me the tree they had in stock and refunded the difference in price of trees (this ones slightly shorter, but I don't care about that). I have several trees that came from them including a blue star juniper, weeping peach, and wisteria tree just to name few. They are all thriving and have been bought over years.

Waiting and hoping this website was legit. So my 12 year old so wanted the Meyer Lemon tree and used his birthday money for this item. He was anticipating the lemon tree to be delivered within 9 days. He waited patiently with COVID 19 slowing down the process he finally received his tree 22 days later. It was like Christmas when he opened that beautiful tree with tiny baby lemons starting.

Not cheap but good experience. Not cheap but has varieties I could spend hours scouring the local nurseries trying to find. They know how to package their plants. Tree I ordered was in great condition, did nothing for that season, but the next year really flourished. Would definitely order from again but only if you can't get it locally.
