GBCustomer service On opening our order we found, despite being packed really well, that one pack of tiles had been damaged. We were very impressed bt the speed at which this was rectified and a replacement box delivered. It's when things go awry that you discover how good the service is. The service is excellent. GBTHIS COMPANY IS IN ADMINISTRATION!!! UPDATE 17/5/21 ------------------- ACCORDING TO COMPANIES HOUSE, THIS COMPANY HAS GONE INTO ADMINISTRATION, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!! -------------------------------------------------------- Dreadful company, happy to take moneyfor sample tiles but the tiles werenever delivered or the money refunded. We have threatened them with legal action and have been met with silence. Their last post on Facebook was 2020 which makes us think they've gone out of business. Do not waste your time or money with this company.

GBShocking customer service Shocking customer service, I emailed to ask about some tiles in our bathroom in a house we recently bought because I need some more. The response was 'where did you get these tiles from?' If I knew where they were from I wouldn't have asked, I replied asking them for more info and now no response. I certainly wouldn't buy their tiles again and I'm not surprised they went bust once, then next time is round the corner if they can't even answer a simple email.

GBAVOID Ordered replacement tiles, had an email chain, and invoice sent. I made payment, and then a few hours later received a generic email that order was cancelled. Sent multiple emails to chase this and then finally told they were out of stock. I've had to send proof of payment in order to receive a refund, which is yet to come. They also have other names for the company (eg. Tiles Direct) Edit: over a month has past and refund has yet to be received.

SGPlaced an online order 9 days ago Placed an online order 9 days ago. Got a confirmation email. Then nothing. Emailed - no answer. Been calling all the numbers on the website, all dead except one which just rings and rings. Yes, difficult times but no excuses - take an order and respond to client enquiries about their order. I would not do business with this company. I assume they have gone out of business. Or they deserve too with this treatment of clients.
