GBShocking customer service Shocking customer service, I emailed to ask about some tiles in our bathroom in a house we recently bought because I need some more. The response was 'where did you get these tiles from?' If I knew where they were from I wouldn't have asked, I replied asking them for more info and now no response. I certainly wouldn't buy their tiles again and I'm not surprised they went bust once, then next time is round the corner if they can't even answer a simple email.

GBNo tiles, no refund, no customer service - AVOID!!!! AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!!! I ordered some tiles samples over 3 months ago and still haven't received despite chasing and requesting a refund. Customer services just fob you off with empty promises so like other reviewers unless you are willing to 'donate' your hard earned cash, find a more reputable company as I don't believe this company to be genuine at all!!

GBNo tiles NO REFUND!!!! Ordered tiles despite a shocking £39 delivery charge for 5 sheets of mosaic tiles. No dispatch notice in over a week. Customer Services finally tell me they are out of stock and ask if I want a refund. After confirming that I did - nothing. Starting charge back claim on my credit card. Avoid these sham artists - they should be shut down.

GBTed Baker Paradise I’ve just purchased some Ted Baker paradise tiles from British Ceramic Tiles. My experience from start to finish has been fantastic. A great product received very quickly once ordered. Customer service experience has been faultless. I would have no hesitation using BCT again for future projects.

GBdifficult customer service non responsive customer service and takes ages to get to them. multiple emails and calls (hours trying to get, wait 10 min ringing only for call to end). When you finally get on the phone, the CS representative was VERY RUDE and literally do not give a 2 cents about your or your situation.
