GBAVOID Ordered replacement tiles, had an email chain, and invoice sent. I made payment, and then a few hours later received a generic email that order was cancelled. Sent multiple emails to chase this and then finally told they were out of stock. I've had to send proof of payment in order to receive a refund, which is yet to come. They also have other names for the company (eg. Tiles Direct) Edit: over a month has past and refund has yet to be received.

GBTed Baker Tiles for bathroom Ordered new tiles for the bathroom after seeing them dearer elsewhere. Couldn't be happier, delivered within a few days and informed of the delivery time and updated on the day. First class service, will definitely use again for the kitchen next year!

GBCustomer service On opening our order we found, despite being packed really well, that one pack of tiles had been damaged. We were very impressed bt the speed at which this was rectified and a replacement box delivered. It's when things go awry that you discover how good the service is. The service is excellent. GBShocking customer service Shocking customer service, I emailed to ask about some tiles in our bathroom in a house we recently bought because I need some more. The response was 'where did you get these tiles from?' If I knew where they were from I wouldn't have asked, I replied asking them for more info and now no response. I certainly wouldn't buy their tiles again and I'm not surprised they went bust once, then next time is round the corner if they can't even answer a simple email.

GBCUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY POOR First off they were great - fast delivery, good selection of well priced tiles and good website. Then we wanted to return an item - zero response. I just ordered a replacement because our building project could not wait for them. Then the replacement arrived broken - zero response until I got shirty, then zero response again. Couldn't make contact via phone - went around in circles. Now, still trying to sort out the refund but zero response. VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
