No phone numbers work, company is in administration. Director Ismail Patel still listed on Companies House. AVOID! Their fancy website should be taken down. Have reported to trading standards.

Ted Baker Paradise I’ve just purchased some Ted Baker paradise tiles from British Ceramic Tiles. My experience from start to finish has been fantastic. A great product received very quickly once ordered. Customer service experience has been faultless. I would have no hesitation using BCT again for future projects.

Customer service On opening our order we found, despite being packed really well, that one pack of tiles had been damaged. We were very impressed bt the speed at which this was rectified and a replacement box delivered. It's when things go awry that you discover how good the service is. The service is excellent. Thank you.

THIS COMPANY IS IN ADMINISTRATION!!! UPDATE 17/5/21 ------------------- ACCORDING TO COMPANIES HOUSE, THIS COMPANY HAS GONE INTO ADMINISTRATION, DO NOT DEAL WITH THEM!!! -------------------------------------------------------- Dreadful company, happy to take moneyfor sample tiles but the tiles werenever delivered or the money refunded. We have threatened them with legal action and have been met with silence. Their last post on Facebook was 2020 which makes us think they've gone out of business. Do not waste your time or money with this company.

Awful company do NOT order from them Awful company do NOT order from them. I ordered 3 boxes of tiles and paid £39 delivery only to be sent 3 individual tiles in bubble wrap! They do not answer the phone or answer emails. On further investigation I found out they run under 3 different companies called dantotsu.co.uk, tilesdirect.com and this one British ceramic tiles. They are all linked under different limited company and have ripped off lots of people not just us. Do NOT use this company they are frauds
