GBWish I had looked up reviews online first! Wish I had looked up reviews online - delivered two of the three samples I ordered. Told me to telephone for refund. No phone numbers work, company is in administration. Director Ismail Patel still listed on Companies House. AVOID! Their fancy website should be taken down. Have reported to trading standards.

GBShocking customer service Shocking customer service, I emailed to ask about some tiles in our bathroom in a house we recently bought because I need some more. The response was 'where did you get these tiles from?' If I knew where they were from I wouldn't have asked, I replied asking them for more info and now no response. I certainly wouldn't buy their tiles again and I'm not surprised they went bust once, then next time is round the corner if they can't even answer a simple email.

GBdifficult customer service non responsive customer service and takes ages to get to them. multiple emails and calls (hours trying to get, wait 10 min ringing only for call to end). When you finally get on the phone, the CS representative was VERY RUDE and literally do not give a 2 cents about your or your situation.

GBlaura Ashley wall and floor tiles. purchased my choice of new design Laura Ashley tiles after researching for best price. Managed to use an on line voucher code so really pleased with the final invoice price. Unfortunately less than adequate service from the preferred delivery company used by BCT in my area. (So many company’s are being let down by couriers!) The customer sercives team at BCT listened and apologised and were prepared to try to help and I’m grateful for their concerns. It’s quite usual for many retailers to shy away from helping a customer once an order has been dispatched but at least BCT customer services team acknowledged my frustration. Thanks.

SGPlaced an online order 9 days ago Placed an online order 9 days ago. Got a confirmation email. Then nothing. Emailed - no answer. Been calling all the numbers on the website, all dead except one which just rings and rings. Yes, difficult times but no excuses - take an order and respond to client enquiries about their order. I would not do business with this company. I assume they have gone out of business. Or they deserve too with this treatment of clients.
