Bought 8 700 dollar chairs from Fermob… Bought 8 700 dollar chairs from Fermob via 2modern that should last a lifetime. They are falling apart. No solutions, just saying warranty is only for 2 years. No response on how to fix them, just refers me to warranty to excuse themselves from blame. Designers take note: your clients will come back to you with problems with the merch and they won't stand by their product. Don't buy from them.

It’s the worst place to buy from !! It’s the worst place to buy from !! JUST DONT THINK ABOUT BUYING FROM THEM!! It’s been 3 months that they keep postponing my delivery ( 8 chairs ) Why?? The reason is always due to the bad weather!! What weather??? I live in California SERIOUSLY?? Worst experience and ahhh I still didn’t receive my order !! Horrible!!

Don’t believe the haters! Great selection of modern furniture and lighting! I bought a couple Pablo lamps and very happy with the order communication and the lamps work great in our space. I had a question and their team replied the same day via email. Will return!

Bait & Switch 3 weeks after placing my order and trying to call (phone disconnected; told later via email that they do this to stop being bothered by people) and several emails, told they can't find mirror even though it was still up on the website. Offered another mirror that wasn't suitable. Chose another mirror that was shown as available ... mysteriously this was suddenly unavailable ... received a full refund. Will not be dealing with this company again.
