GBI ordered a large white table from them… I ordered a large white table from them in October. It was supposed to arrive in 6-8 weeks. It arrived in 14 weeks damaged. The delivery company did not schedule the time with me and the drivers did not speak English, so it was hard to communicate. When I contacted the company, they didn't offer any remedy other than canceling the order. I do not recommend buying from 2Modern.

GBIt’s the worst place to buy from !! It’s the worst place to buy from !! JUST DONT THINK ABOUT BUYING FROM THEM!! It’s been 3 months that they keep postponing my delivery ( 8 chairs ) Why?? The reason is always due to the bad weather!! What weather??? I live in California SERIOUSLY?? Worst experience and ahhh I still didn’t receive my order !! Horrible!!

GBAvoid this scam of a company This company does not disclose shipping dates and thus will take your order and your money on a product they do not plan on shipping to you until 4 months later. They also do not answer their customer support line or emails. Yet, they have no problem charging you immediately for your purchase.

GBClassic bait and switch with the return… Classic bait and switch with the return policy. They say free shipping BUT, if you actually return the item, not only do you have to pay for the return yourself, the cost of the outbound shipping is actually deducted from the refund! Yes, it's stated in their return policy, but it's actually 6 bullet points down. Why not state that upfront? And, customer service is hard to get on the line. Long hold time and sometimes you have to leave a message which does not get returned.
