Ordered White Glove service Ordered White Glove service. Upon delivery, I was told that White Glove doesn't include assembly? Never heard of that before and I have ordered tons of furniture in the past as a trade partner of West Elm, Crate and Barrel, Pottery Barn and others. In addition, the delivery company refused to remove the boxes! Called customer service, and was told that White Glove doesn't include even light assembly, and that I can return the item but I'd have to pay for shipping. The table itself is beautiful which is why I give it 2 stars not 1.

Bought 8 700 dollar chairs from Fermob… Bought 8 700 dollar chairs from Fermob via 2modern that should last a lifetime. They are falling apart. No solutions, just saying warranty is only for 2 years. No response on how to fix them, just refers me to warranty to excuse themselves from blame. Designers take note: your clients will come back to you with problems with the merch and they won't stand by their product. Don't buy from them.

Avoid this scam of a company This company does not disclose shipping dates and thus will take your order and your money on a product they do not plan on shipping to you until 4 months later. They also do not answer their customer support line or emails. Yet, they have no problem charging you immediately for your purchase.

Shipping as advertised and always on time. Easy returns. Customer service very professional, friendly and helpful. Have ordered diverse furniture, pillows, art, baby items etc. and love every single piece.

Do not order anything from this site Do not order anything from this site! The brands they carry are available in plenty of other places with competent and efficient shipping and delivery services, or go directly to the brand website. I ordered a rug about a month ago and I'm still waiting on a status update. Apparently, the freight service that is supposed to deliver it has no idea where the item is or when to deliver it. All 2Modern has is the info for the freight company, but does not take responsibility to actually have the item delivered to the client. I'm not sure how a retail company functions if it takes zero responsibility for ensuring delivery of products purchased from them. And what I bought is not cheap! Can't cancel the order for a refund because it has been "shipped". Terrible, terrible company. So incredibly disappointing.
