Absolutely great company Absolutely great company! Love the large selection of fantastic items. Have ordered several times and have had only great experiences. Shipping as advertised and always on time. Easy returns. Customer service very professional, friendly and helpful. Have ordered diverse furniture, pillows, art, baby items etc. and love every single piece.

I ordered a credenza from 2Modern.com… I ordered a credenza from 2Modern.com at a cost of $2,374.15 which included a $250.00 shipping charge based on my zip code. After I made payment I was contacted by 2Modern.com that I would be charge additional $1,135.68 for shipping or they would cancel my order. Their justification was that I live in Hawaii. If this company cannot ship at the advertised rate then they need to update their website to reflect the actual costs or restrict shipping locations. I will not be ordering from 2Modern.com in the future.

Awful delivery Ordered a bed frame and bed was shipped two weeks after promised. Service people at American Relocation, the delivery service used by 2 Modern were extremely rude when I called on day of delivery because they had missed their five hour window by an hour and not bothered/thought to inform me. The woman was unsure of the window time and corrected me rudely twice, only to be wrong herself. Finally admitted driver was running "a little behind."

Classic bait and switch with the return… Classic bait and switch with the return policy. They say free shipping BUT, if you actually return the item, not only do you have to pay for the return yourself, the cost of the outbound shipping is actually deducted from the refund! Yes, it's stated in their return policy, but it's actually 6 bullet points down. Why not state that upfront? And, customer service is hard to get on the line. Long hold time and sometimes you have to leave a message which does not get returned.

the tech staff was completely… the tech staff was completely uninformed "take it apart with a butter knife" he said, "it won't break" BTW, the wiring on the lamp was also defective and would not power-up. Meanwhile the return process for my $700+ credit and the related email back and forth was a scam. Hoping I would overlook the lack of an AmEx credit, their confirmation email on the refund took 58 days. In most cases a CC company will not dispute a charge over sixty days from order date. They faked cooperation by offering the refund but never process it.....VERY Sleazy. AmEx looked out for me, re-opened the case and got me the credit.
