GBSkeptical at first...glad I went with 2Modern I was skeptical after reading some bad reviews but bought from 2Modern because they were substantially cheaper than other sites for the tables I wanted. Unfortunately the tables were delivered damaged by UPS, but Brian in customer service had the damaged one picked up and shipped out a new one with another delivery service. It did take awhile but I wasn’t in a hurry. New one came undamaged and just what I wanted. Thanks

GBthe tech staff was completely… the tech staff was completely uninformed "take it apart with a butter knife" he said, "it won't break" BTW, the wiring on the lamp was also defective and would not power-up. Meanwhile the return process for my $700+ credit and the related email back and forth was a scam. Hoping I would overlook the lack of an AmEx credit, their confirmation email on the refund took 58 days. In most cases a CC company will not dispute a charge over sixty days from order date. They faked cooperation by offering the refund but never process it.....VERY Sleazy. AmEx looked out for me, re-opened the case and got me the credit.

GBDon’t believe the haters! Great selection of modern furniture and lighting! I bought a couple Pablo lamps and very happy with the order communication and the lamps work great in our space. I had a question and their team replied the same day via email. Will return!

GBBought 8 700 dollar chairs from Fermob… Bought 8 700 dollar chairs from Fermob via 2modern that should last a lifetime. They are falling apart. No solutions, just saying warranty is only for 2 years. No response on how to fix them, just refers me to warranty to excuse themselves from blame. Designers take note: your clients will come back to you with problems with the merch and they won't stand by their product. Don't buy from them.

GBAwful delivery Ordered a bed frame and bed was shipped two weeks after promised. Service people at American Relocation, the delivery service used by 2 Modern were extremely rude when I called on day of delivery because they had missed their five hour window by an hour and not bothered/thought to inform me. The woman was unsure of the window time and corrected me rudely twice, only to be wrong herself. Finally admitted driver was running "a little behind."
