GBI’d give zero stars if possible I’d give zero stars if possible. I placed an order in April of 2023 for a book vase. August rolled around and I hadn’t heard anything so I reached out and heard back that “it’ll be shipped in late October.” Fine. Whatever. October comes and goes and nothing so I reached out again and get this response “sorry! Late January 2024.” Seems like it’s crazy but alright. Again, January comes and goes and I have to reach out “late Feb.” the last time I reached out was the beginning of March where I was told “early April.” It’s now the end of April and I’ve canceled my order. I get that issues with shipping and developing products can happen. But it’s been a year. What frustrates me the most is that I consistently had to reach out. There was nothing proactive from the company to tell me about all of these alleged delays. I’ve put in for a refund and it seems a little scammy but they’ve said I can either get a physical check or give them my bank info for a direct deposit. I don’t trust this company as far as I can throw them so there’s no way they’re getting my bank info. Scam company. Avoid at all costs.

GBSCAM SHADY SITE!!!!! SCAM!!! Warning to all do not order from this shady site you will never get your product. I placed a Christmas order on 12/10/23 and still have not received. No where did it indicate backorder so there is zero reason as to why it has not shipped. Every time I try and contact it’s a delay and then a copy and paste answer. Excuses, excuses, excuses you should be ashamed and consumers need to know they are being taken advantage of!!!

GBBurke Decor is a SCAM Burke Decor is a SCAM - RUN AWAY! I purchased two lamps in November, supposedly in-stock, and never received them. I cancelled order in late March. Still haven't received my refund and their customer service is a joke. I suggest launching a dispute with your credit card company and reporting this awful company to the Better Business Bureau.

GBGreat Customer Service Customer service treated me very well when I had to cancel an order. I started my return via Chat on line/on their website. All was handled very well and I was refunded within the 10-14 days promised.

BEI'm an interior designer and ordered… I'm an interior designer and ordered and paid for 2 items for my client in January. They were delayed twice, both times I only learned about it after contacting THEM for an update. After months, I cancelled the orders. Was told refund would be made within 7-14 business days (excluding weekends/holidays). That time came and went, and no refund. More emails and chats and attempted phone calls later, was told by message that someone from their finance team was looking into it and to give them another 5 business days for refund to post. That time came and went too, and now sending more emails and chats and attempting to call, to find out what? That they took my client's money? Unbelievable.
