GBI’d give zero stars if possible I’d give zero stars if possible. I placed an order in April of 2023 for a book vase. August rolled around and I hadn’t heard anything so I reached out and heard back that “it’ll be shipped in late October.” Fine. Whatever. October comes and goes and nothing so I reached out again and get this response “sorry! Late January 2024.” Seems like it’s crazy but alright. Again, January comes and goes and I have to reach out “late Feb.” the last time I reached out was the beginning of March where I was told “early April.” It’s now the end of April and I’ve canceled my order. I get that issues with shipping and developing products can happen. But it’s been a year. What frustrates me the most is that I consistently had to reach out. There was nothing proactive from the company to tell me about all of these alleged delays. I’ve put in for a refund and it seems a little scammy but they’ve said I can either get a physical check or give them my bank info for a direct deposit. I don’t trust this company as far as I can throw them so there’s no way they’re getting my bank info. Scam company. Avoid at all costs.

GBGreat Customer Service Customer service treated me very well when I had to cancel an order. I started my return via Chat on line/on their website. All was handled very well and I was refunded within the 10-14 days promised.

GBTHE WORST THE WORST. I ordered a table in November of 2023. I finally canceled the order in February 2024 after they NEVER even shipped the item. They just kept saying it was backordered. I am STILL trying to get them to process my refund as of APRIL 25, 2024. They keep saying they are too short-staffed to process refunds! Yes, for real.

GBIf I could leave 0 stars I would If I could leave 0 stars I would. This scam company has yet to refund my money for something on their website that turned out to be a discontinued item that they didn’t even have in stock. They keep stalling that it will take more time with every email, figuring people will just give up or forget. They need to be shut down by the authorities. Stay away!

GBNEVER RECEIVED REFUND ON CANCELLED ORDER Ordered two table lamps back in NOVEMBER. Despite being listed as IN STOCK with Visual Comfort they were repeatedly delayed. Finally ran out of patience and cancelled order. Unable to get refund despite multiple attempts. Keeps getting "escalated" but nothing happens.
