SCAM Never ships orders, little communication and does not refund, even after email confirmation they will! Please skip this site. They have beautiful items and great rewards, but it is a scam. Placed multiple orders and nothing ever shipped. I never received an order update and had to email them to find out about my order status because they have NO customer service phone number listed anywhere. I received an email back that all items were delayed. After waiting months I demanded a refund and they said it would take 7-14 business days. It never posted. I had to place a claim with my credit card company. I truly think this is a scam to hold on to consumers money as long as possible. SKIP!! Trust me

I have been waiting for a lamp to get… I have been waiting for a lamp to get shipped to me going on 5 months now. I call the customer service line --no one ever answers. I've probably left 10 messages. I have yet to receive a phone call back. Don't waste your time with Burke Decor. This is my first time shopping with them & definitely my last.

NEVER RECEIVED REFUND ON CANCELLED ORDER Ordered two table lamps back in NOVEMBER. Despite being listed as IN STOCK with Visual Comfort they were repeatedly delayed. Finally ran out of patience and cancelled order. Unable to get refund despite multiple attempts. Keeps getting "escalated" but nothing happens.

Burke Decor is a SCAM Burke Decor is a SCAM - RUN AWAY! I purchased two lamps in November, supposedly in-stock, and never received them. I cancelled order in late March. Still haven't received my refund and their customer service is a joke. I suggest launching a dispute with your credit card company and reporting this awful company to the Better Business Bureau.
