GBElite customer service despite dissatisfaction with the products Even though the pillow I ordered wasn't supportive enough for me and I ended up asking for a refund, the customer service was truly exceptional. The reps were quick and courteous in responding to my emails, offering me not one, but two free exchanges. The company even suggested that I donate the pillows to help the environment. This gesture, along with their overall helpfulness, left me feeling surprisingly conflicted because they were so considerate. While the pillow didn't meet my needs, the customer service was outstanding!

GBDosaze made buying a pillow online… Dosaze made buying a pillow online easy. 2-month trial helps to find the right ones. The pillows I ordered first weren't a good fit for my husband and me, but Dosaze rep was very helpful. We got a refund on one, and exchanged for another style for the second. No hassle. The customer rep was very friendly and helpful. Great experience overall.

GBCustomer service is great Customer service is great. But the pillows themselves don’t help me. They are heavy but pretty flat and don’t provide enough support. I honestly got more support from cheap $20 pillows from target. You also can’t prop yourself up on these pillows while watching a movie or something because they are so heavy and flat. I tried two different kinds and unfortunately they didn’t work for me, as I have to be kind of elevated during sleep due to acid reflux issues.
