Customer service not as expected… I was really excited because I read that this was the best pillows for neck pain so I ordered a two pack for myself and husband. however only one showed up and I contacted customer service and they said both should have arrived, get a hold of fed ex, but they didn’t have anything to say, I think cuz of the holiday. anyway me and hubby shared one pillow and I don’t know if that is the reason it has lost a lot of the hardness I really enjoyed at the beginning.

Excellent customer services I purchased this pillow based on the many reviews that I read. I was hoping it would work for me as I have difficulties falling asleep as well as staying asleep. The pillow did not work for me as I found the centre piece too light and it was not supportive enough for me. Although the pillow did not work for me I do believe that it could be an excellent pillow for others. It is well constructed, the pillow case is made of very soft comfortable material and there was no off gassing smell when I opened the pillow so I was able to use it the same night that I received it. I contacted customer service to get a refund and Melvin, a customer service rep, responded promptly and was very helpful. He offered me another pillow, however, I was concerned that if it also did not work for me that I would be ruining 2 pillows. I received a refund on the pillow. I cannot say enough about the excellent customer service that I received. Thank you Melvin.

Elite customer service despite dissatisfaction with the products Even though the pillow I ordered wasn't supportive enough for me and I ended up asking for a refund, the customer service was truly exceptional. The reps were quick and courteous in responding to my emails, offering me not one, but two free exchanges. The company even suggested that I donate the pillows to help the environment. This gesture, along with their overall helpfulness, left me feeling surprisingly conflicted because they were so considerate. While the pillow didn't meet my needs, the customer service was outstanding!

Customer service was excellent. Product needs more structure Customer service was excellent. Cannot be any better. I’d give 5 stars just for customer service if I could. However, the center section of the pillow that is supposed to support your neck/upper spine, just did not offer enough support. I tried it for over a week just in case it took getting used to but nothing changed. If I could make a recommendation it would be to use a material that doesn’t immediately sink in and squish down. Once it squished down under the weight of my neck it really then couldn’t do much of anything by way of support. The side sections were better but that little center part really wasn’t doing anything.
