The pillows are great quality they just didn't fix my weird neck issues. It's probably me not them. I would definitely buy from this company again just based on these experiences alone. I appreciate them making this such an easy and positive experience even though it didn't work how i had hoped.

When They Say Free Trial - they MEAN it! I have glanced at the other reviews and "great customer service" seems to be a leading theme. I can attest to why - the service I got from Jaysen was top-notch, professional and above and beyond in every respect. I purchased the "regular" orthopedic contoured pillow and the first night was awful as I had to get used to it. By the second and third nights I was feeling more comfortable and was thinking, maybe this time I really have the right solution to my neck problems. Alas, over time it just was not right for me. I contacted support and Jaysen gave me immediate options to perhaps try a different "model" - and in the end I was sent the King model which has a higher loft. Unfortunately that version did not work well for me either and I have already been offered a refund and the return process has been initiated. No hesitation. GREAT customer service from company ambassadors who are a credit to Dosaze. As far as the pillow itself is concerned, despite the fact that it did not work for me, I can easily see how this might be ideal for others. The pillow is VERY well made, and feels premium in all respects. I really, really wanted to love this pillow. But I cannot say enough about the customer service - don't be afraid to go for the "free trial" - they really do mean it!

Customer service is great Customer service is great. But the pillows themselves don’t help me. They are heavy but pretty flat and don’t provide enough support. I honestly got more support from cheap $20 pillows from target. You also can’t prop yourself up on these pillows while watching a movie or something because they are so heavy and flat. I tried two different kinds and unfortunately they didn’t work for me, as I have to be kind of elevated during sleep due to acid reflux issues.

Customer Service is What Every Company Should Emulate This company has amazing customer service and sustainability goals. The pillow I tried was just OK, and not as good as the pillow I was using already. The pillow did get the best review on WireCutter out of 10 top pillows tried (which is why I gave it a try). Although I won't be continuing to use it, I recommend this company and it's customer responsiveness. It only took a day for me to initiate a desire for a return, and for customer service to issue a full refund, without my needing to return the pillow. At their suggestion, i will make sure the pillow finds a good home with someone for whom it works great.

Unfortunately this pillow does not work… Unfortunately this pillow does not work for me. The neck area is too small for me and gave me headache. The side area was too small for me even on the larger pillow. Overall the firm/soft was good but it just didn't work shape wise for me.
