Every time I tried to click on the tracking information I was told that the order number and tracking number did not exist. I thought I was scammed and was not getting the vacuum. The communication with you was good later but we need more confident communication and tracking information right after ordering.

Customer Service is Not Very Helpful 2 out of 4 lights shipped were defective. The communication bot is a pain. It took about a week of many emails to stop receiving the idiotic message asking for a photo or video without instructions as to what they wanted to see in the video (how does one show a picture of a light that is supposed to turn on in the dark when it does not turn on in the dark? Send a dark photo?). However, after a week they did promptly ship replacement lights (which work properly).

Price is right, easy to set up & reset at need I'm using AiDot bulbs & plugs with Home Kit. They are easy to set up, and easy to reset if one makes a mistake or wants to move them to a new location. And the prices are RIGHT! Highly recommended.
