GBOrdered over a month ago and still hasn't shipped I ordered a lamp back in November and it still hasn't shipped yet. No word from Mitzi on why it's taking so long. I don't mind waiting as I love the design but some acknowledgment that it's taking a very long time to deliver my order would be nice.

GBNot worth the hassle No shipping confirmation, website account doesn’t have correct information, no one responds to customer service emails, charged twice for lights which shipped twice. Refused to refund money when lights returned. Worst customer service ever. Lights are nice but not worth the hassle and expense.

GBPoor customer communication I have not received the product yet. When I ordered it ( a while ago) it said to be shipped in 2 weeks. Heard nothing from your company, had to follow up to find out what happened to the light and got a response saying it wasn't in the warehouse. This was my first experience with this company will probably not order again. Poor customer communication

GBGreat customer service from Mitzi I recently ordered the Reese bath and vanity light for my powder room, and it looks so classy and gives off a great mid-century modern vibe. Unfortunately, the install is a little tricky because you have to fit the globe over a disc to fix it in place and it's a bit of a delicate endeavor. During install one of the globes broke, but I reached out to Mitzi and they agreed to send us a new globe free of charge. I am always so appreciative of companies who work so well with customers. Thank you, Mitzi!
