GBPoor customer communication I have not received the product yet. When I ordered it ( a while ago) it said to be shipped in 2 weeks. Heard nothing from your company, had to follow up to find out what happened to the light and got a response saying it wasn't in the warehouse. This was my first experience with this company will probably not order again. Poor customer communication

GBBeautiful lighting, wish it included instructions I absolutely love our new entryway light. It's a work of art! Installing it wasn't a walk in the park, mainly because the wires weren't color coated and I had to do some research to figure out how to know which was the ground wire / live wire, etc. For a better customer experience, perhaps including some instructions with the lights would make it a 5-star review.

GBItem was defective and made very… Item was defective and made very poorly. I ordered a bunch and there's no quality control. Customer service was worse. Still no refund after returning. Their reply below says it all. I will never buy from again. No indication of any "final sale" at the time of purchase and item is defective. Dishonest company. Don't do business with them!

GBNot worth the hassle No shipping confirmation, website account doesn’t have correct information, no one responds to customer service emails, charged twice for lights which shipped twice. Refused to refund money when lights returned. Worst customer service ever. Lights are nice but not worth the hassle and expense.
