Great customer service from Mitzi I recently ordered the Reese bath and vanity light for my powder room, and it looks so classy and gives off a great mid-century modern vibe. Unfortunately, the install is a little tricky because you have to fit the globe over a disc to fix it in place and it's a bit of a delicate endeavor. During install one of the globes broke, but I reached out to Mitzi and they agreed to send us a new globe free of charge. I am always so appreciative of companies who work so well with customers. Thank you, Mitzi!

Not worth the hassle No shipping confirmation, website account doesn’t have correct information, no one responds to customer service emails, charged twice for lights which shipped twice. Refused to refund money when lights returned. Worst customer service ever. Lights are nice but not worth the hassle and expense.

Also, she told me when something wouldn’t work size wise. I had another question after our consultation and emailed her. She responded quickly with a helpful response.
