GBOrder #PH2951773019 Ordered November… Order #PH2951773019 Ordered November 27. Have sent multiple emails to your support address and have yet to get any response. Multiple attempts tp call end up going off to never-never land. Worst customer service ever. Ordered 6 blankets and since confirmation email there has been no communication. Send the product or cancel the order and credit my card.

GBYou're product is something I have… You're product is something I have thought about for a long time but finally purchased it. I think it will be a very important safety product. I don't like when you make multiple offers of other products I wasn't interested in.

GBMissing blankets I have bought several fire blankets in the past (for family) but this last order was not correct. I ordered 2 packages with 2 blankets in each package. I paid $93.00, but only one package arrived. It didn’t have my name or address anywhere on the package, but it was left at my door. I assumed the second package was on the way. It’s been several weeks now and I am still waiting. I have contacted the company several times.

GBTHIS IS A SCAM-NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM-PHONE NUMBER FOR VENDOR DISCONNECTED Ordered four blankets on Nov 24th, website said all orders prior to Dec 15th would ship for Christmas. Still no action, tracking doesn't show anything. Phone number is disconnected. I have contacted American Express to dispute the charge/cancel as I have not received the item, nor has it even shipped. Also contacted the National While Collar Crime Center to report this as an internet scam and the BBB as well. This is clearly a scam; they have a flashy website and send daily emails but there is no product being made or delivered.
