GBSteer clear of this "company" I never received a receipt for the order, just a shipping notice. I decided I wanted to return the items for a refund and you cannot get in touch with anyone. I've been trying for over a week. They do not answer email and, as others have mentioned, their phones lines are "temporarily down." For over a week? Beware - these are scammers. Follow up: As they requested in their reply, I have again emailed the address given asking for a return authorization code. Still no response.

Multiple attempts tp call end up going off to never-never land. Worst customer service ever. Ordered 6 blankets and since confirmation email there has been no communication. Send the product or cancel the order and credit my card.

GBOrdered fire blankets in November Ordered fire blankets in November. Did not see confirmation email, but deducted from my credit card. Now we are @ 12/27/23, still no product or update. Very disappointed in customer service. Tried sending email on their site, but again no confirmation that email was sent or received. Considering contacting CC company to contest payment. Sounds like a good product, but customer service leaves much to be desired. Thanks!

GBAwful support, borderline fraudulent company Ordered in November 24 for some gifts. Zero communication other than a single "we have high volume but we're working on it".... took 5 weeks to send, despite me repeatedly asking for 2 weeks to cancel the order. They finally respond, literally the day after Christmas saying they sent it and can no longer cancel. I have emailed daily since 12/26 asking for a refund and they are back to ignoring my emails. The support people here saying "email us" are a total joke.
