This company does not communicate with the customers. On 11/24/2023 I ordered a hidden camera detector. No order number, no date of delivery was mentioned. I paid with a credit card. It has been longer than a month. I enquired about my order but did not get any response. Almost every day Prepared Hero sends me useless commercials, but I never got even a word about my order.

You're product is something I have… You're product is something I have thought about for a long time but finally purchased it. I think it will be a very important safety product. I don't like when you make multiple offers of other products I wasn't interested in.

Steer clear of this "company" I never received a receipt for the order, just a shipping notice. I decided I wanted to return the items for a refund and you cannot get in touch with anyone. I've been trying for over a week. They do not answer email and, as others have mentioned, their phones lines are "temporarily down." For over a week? Beware - these are scammers. Follow up: As they requested in their reply, I have again emailed the address given asking for a return authorization code. Still no response.

Peace of mind but hook issue! We haven’t had to use it (phew!), but I love having six of these for our office, our home and for our car. The delivery was prompt and easy. My only complaint is when I ordered a hook, I assumed that I was getting a hook for each of them and I only got one hook for six blankets. I think hooks should be included in the price or just ship one with each blanket. A hassle to go and find hooks, especially if it’s an odd number.

I had an issue with my order I had an issue with my order. It was resolved promptly. I had a question concerning the issue and it was explained promptly. I fortunately have not had a need to use the blanket yet-- but have it ready if I need to. Working with this company has been such a pleasant experience. Thank you
