Horrible customer service, glitchy site Never received a confirmation for my first order so I reordered and had 2 orders arrive. Paid full price for both - no discount given despite cheaper price being listed on the website for this number of blankets. Contacted customer for a refund of the difference or return info. They sent the confirmation email I never received. No info for the return.or refund. Don't have the time or energy to deal with such a scam.

Multiple attempts tp call end up going off to never-never land. Worst customer service ever. Ordered 6 blankets and since confirmation email there has been no communication. Send the product or cancel the order and credit my card.

Don't buy from Prepared Hero Don't buy from Prepared Hero. I ordered two Prepared Hero Privacy Pens, and I could do better at finding hidden cameras by looking around the room. It did find my wireless router - when I put the pen next to it. Even when I pointed it directly at my phone's camera, nothing, not with infrared, not with the scanner, nothing. Now, we'll see if their return policy works. Of course, that's less shipping and handling costs, which I expect will equal the cost of the worthless products...
